Running Must Haves:

Foam Rolls

This is a must have (specially if you are running everyday). Foam rollers are a way to massage your muscles and get rid of knots that may have formed up from all the running.

Hat or Sunglasses

Wearing a hat when it is scorching hot and the sun is shining, a little too proudly, can really help. If you don't like wearing a hat when running, then consider getting some cool shades 😎. (However, hates can also be useful in other weather situations, like rain, so I recommend a hat if I have to choose. Or you can go ahead and have Both! no one is stopping you).

Running

Jacket

Have atleast one Jacket for the cold winter days! We don't need to be risking ourselves of gettng hypothermea for the love of running! Also, running with cold muscles can casue you to pull something (and that hurts!). Keep yourself warm, possibly sweaty, during Jack Frost's visiting month.

Yoga Mat

Now this may be just me, but it's a must!! Stretching is so important!! The amount of injuries that I could have prevented by stretching is ridiculous. I love doing yoga since it calmes my mind and gives me a good stretch. So, While this is not necessary, having a yoga mat could support you when doing stretches with non-slip features and boost motivation. (You don't need a mat to do stretch, thuogh).
